• Notebook data you choose to save, including questions, answers, timestamps, and related metadata used to sync notes across devices.
• Optional profile preferences such as dietary pattern, cooking skill, units, avoidances, equipment, and acknowledgment state.
• Feedback you send inside the product, including flagged answers, related question text, and cited sources needed for review.
• Subscription and purchase-verification records needed to unlock and maintain paid features.
• Operational logs and security signals used to keep the service running, investigate abuse, and diagnose failures.

How we use information

• To authenticate your account and keep notebook and profile data attached to the right signed-in user.
• To deliver MolekitChen answers, sync saved notes, enforce usage limits, and support subscriptions.
• To review product feedback, investigate bugs, monitor service health, and improve the product over time.
• To respond to support requests, privacy questions, and deletion requests.

Processors and infrastructure

We partner with industry-standard infrastructure, database, secure authentication, and AI inference models to safely host your encrypted data.

• Apple Sign In and Google Sign-In when you choose those authentication methods.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your profile or notebook data for ad targeting.
• We do not ask you to store medical history, diagnosis details, medication data, pregnancy details, or allergy records in MolekitChen.

Retention and deletion

Account-linked notebook, profile, feedback, and subscription data may remain in MolekitChen systems until you delete it, request account deletion, or we remove it for operational or legal reasons. If you want your account data removed, use the Support Email link and include the email tied to your MolekitChen account.
